India's North-Eastern Region (NER) shares international borders with four neighbouring nations. The destiny of the region lies with the nature of her relationship with the people across the borders. With several connectivity projects in the pipeline, the seminar intends to focus on the strategy of sub-regional cooperation for the development of NER in the context of 25 years of ASEAN-India partnership.
